8 habits for a healthy life

These are the 8 habits that you must adopt from now on in your day to day life:

Exercise: Performing exercise is one of the basic pillars to enjoy good health. You do not have to leave your skin in the gym, 30 minutes a day is enough!

Hydrate: Drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day, this is between 6 and 8 glasses of water a day, but it will depend on your age, your complexion, health and physical activity.

Say goodbye to fats: Remember that saturated fats are your worst enemy! The farther the better. You can say goodbye to fried foods, pastries and anything that contains too many added sugars.

Sleep well: You should sleep between 7 and 8 hours a day, although you already know that the quality factor should always prevail over the quantity factor. Sleeping well helps to gain health in many ways: it increases creativity and memory, helps increase metabolism, protects the heart and reduces depression.

Desestrésate: Find your moment of relaxation. Do what most makes you disconnect from your routine. We give you some ideas: doing yoga, coloring mandalas, practicing moments of mindfulness (here and now), exercising, listening to relaxing music, going for a walk in nature, aromatherapy workshops, doing crafts, etc.

Eat well: Do not skip any food! Although it may seem like a quick way to lose a few extra pounds, it’s not recommended! What you have to do is make 5 meals a day, improving our habits. Only then will we lose fat little by little in a responsible, efficient and sustainable way over time. Also, what can be good about going hungry?

Eliminate bad habits: Say goodbye to caffeine, alcohol and tobacco. Drinking coffee is not as good as you have been told. Coffee is an acidic product for our body. Acidic foods deprive our body of oxygen, the main fuel of our cells. When we consume these foods for a long time, our cells will tend to get sick. As for tobacco and alcohol, they kill. Nothing more to add.

Smile: Everything you can! Go to the cinema or the theater to see a good comedy, stay with your friends, sign up for a laughter therapy workshop … Smile for sure!
